Lanen sighed and stood up, tucking hair behind her ears. "Thats what I dont get about boys. The wrestle and play hard with each other, but throw a girl into the mix and they put on frilly pink tutu's. It's sexist, really."

"Just so long as it confirms that vampires dont sparkle," Bran said with a laugh. He reached over and pulled another book out, one on the different kinds of magic, element, adept, etc. "He shook his head as he flipped through the pages. "Strange school, this." 

"Not it's not, we don't want to hurt you. Or give you a black eye, I wrestle with my sister that's about it." He laughed slightly. "And I look good in a pink tutu thank you very much." He grinned and went into a ballerina pose.

"No, I don't sparkle." She laughed. "I just read minds and drink your blood, nothing to it." She frowned. "It's hard trying to block you everyone's thoughts, some I really don't want to hear." She put the book down and starred as his. "So, you control elements?" She asked with a peak of curiousity. "And it's not the school that's strange it's all of us."

"Well, I didnt survive in the 18th century by sittin on my tail all day." Lanen grumbled, picking up a long stick by one hand and going through various sword poses. She nudged him in the ribs and laughed as he struck his pose.

Bran shook his head. "Lanen manipulates the elements. I can do almost everything but. Unlock doors, walk on the ceiling, that kinda stuff." He grinned slyly at her. "Also hear thoughts if the thoughts are about me or meant for my to hear."

"Fencing. How cute." He teased. "I don't need training, since I shift to a panther. It's all I need, plus I have my sister to back me up if anything gets to bad." He smiled. "And I know and am proud to admit, she can kick my a.ss easily."

She looked at him stunned. Well *censored*. She thought. Get out of my head, don't make me block you. She narrowed her eyes but quickly changed the subject. "So can you teleport?" She asked curiously.

"Yes fencing," Lanen retorted, sticking her tongue out. "Swordsmanship, archery, all those medieval things." She shrugged. "I wasnt turned until I was 18 or 19, an I try not to shift too much, as stated before this." She laughed. "She probably could kick anyones pretty easily."

Bran blinked and started laughing. "I cant help it most of the time; I hear everything about me, whether I want to or not...and no, I cant teleport," he said, shaking his head. "Thats a whole other kind of magic. Same as necromancy." 

"Jousting too?" He tased, then his face went serious. "Yea, she could which sucks, when she gets out of control it's hard to stop her. At that point she doesn't care who she kills." He shook his head. "Shifting is fun for me, I've learned to control it, now it's second nature to me."

"At least if I don't want to hear someone I can block it out, most of the time. Usually I don't want to hear what the guy thinks about the girl in front of him's a.ss. Not fun." She laughed. "I'd love to teleport, I'd love to do magic. Not be a mindless killer." She frowned and looked down at the pillow infront of her, she ran her hand over it. She looked at it for a while before she lifted her thumb to her right fang, she pressed her thumb hard against her fang. She removed it a single drop of blood was on her thumb. She turned her thumb over and squeezed it over the pillow, the blood drop fell. As soon as it hit the pillow, it burnt a pin sized hole in it, the smoke rose then quickly disappeared. "Everything about me could kill someone the venom in my blood, the venom in my fangs, my fangs alone." She chuckled. She looked back at her thumb, then pin hole closed over leaving nothing not a scar, not a trace.

"Once." Lanen anwered, all seriousness. She shrugged. "I never asked to be a wulf."

Bran looked at the hole made by Alex's blood and frowned, thinking. "Lan could probably help you with your venom. Along with being able to manipulate the elements, she's a very good healer. She did it to me once. A little bit weird, but it works. Healed my head," he tapped the side of his noggin. "Of everything that made me want to be an a.ssa.ssin. She could probably find a way to remove the poison in your venom if youd like." 

((I Might be gone for the rest of today and tomorrow.)) 

Chase laughed. "No one asked to be what they are now in our cases." He knelt down sifting through the dirt getting the feeling through his hand. Anytime he bare feet were under dirt, is when they were padded.

"No, I don't want the venom gone completely gone. Just from my blood stream, and I'd like to control it in my fangs, I would like to not kill my next boyfriend when I kiss them." She said bluntly. "Why did you want to change, I mean stop being an a.ssa.ssin?" She questioned looking at him through her hair wall that separated them.

Lanen bent down to watch what Chase was doing. "So, can you change into any animal, or are you limited to a cat?"

"Hmm." Bran thought a bit, getting the tangles out of his hair as he did so. "I dont know about your fangs, but I think Lan could do sommat about your blood..." He slouched and almost grumbled, "Its not like I wanted her to change how I feel about killing people. The pay was decent and if you did it right, you didnt have the authorities on your trail for the next month. But now I think about it, my life's been considerably better." 

((Alright. Finally bucked up the courage to draw Bran...and some other OC's. XD He shouldnt be too hard to find, though. Hes the first one up.
