In this game, you say your favorite word by typing it with your nose, than elbow, than toe! Like this (I am really good at this kind of stuff, don't expect to get it right the first time) My favorite word is infallible.

It works better for your elbow if you tense your hand into a fist, and then flip your elbow so your fist is in the crevice in your neck and you can see the sharpest part of your elbow.
