I observe the grate, wondering if we can crawl through. I also pick up the screws that fall as Megabyte opens the grate and stick them in my pocket. Why? Because I can, that's why. |

First, I feel around the air duct, looking for, well anything. If I don't find anything that could lead to anything room or whatever, I start crawling foward. |

I feel around the air duct and find a bunch of pathways. I take the turn that is facing a duct I remember from a previous room, and crawl away from Truffle.

You both tumble out into a room. The things talking turn around and you see they are robots. They knock you out and you find yourself back in the air duct.

I find out that the thing I had used to turn the bolts with was actually a knife. I crawl around until I find an opening with the knife in hand and wave truffle over.

As you peer through, the duct gives under your weight and you fall into a thankfully empty room. There are two passageways, much like the things you put mail in, on the left side of the room.
Each has a different symbol; one to the left is † and one to right is ƒ.

Ending sequence:
Good. Apparently t stands for trash and you've landed in a giant trash can. You tumble out of the can and run off through the streets of Venice. Who knows where you'll be trapped next.
