Run around chasing them with a verrrry large butcher knife screaming "I'M GOING TO KIIILLLL YOUUU" murderously while also having murderous laughing interventions.
Given that they are not a big sharer, take the toy they are playing with and never give it to them no matter how hard they cry. You can also laugh at them. Or take their favorite toy, all their toys, etc.
Say, "Let's play a game! You're the bad guy, and I'm the good guy! The bad guy gets the gun, so here." You give them their favorite toy gun, then snatch it out of their hands as soon as they start playing with it, then pick them up and put them in a closet and sit down against the door to make sure they won't get out. Laughing helps. Taunting helps, too. No matter how hard they cry do not let them out.

No, I'm not this mean. :c I haven't done any of this.
Well, sort of. My little cousin cried when I did things like this, but not meanly. The third is an example. We were playinga game, and he wanted to be the bad guy, so I gave him his favorite toy gun and we played and had fun. But when it was HIS turn to go to jail (instead of me, lol, I let him put me in jail), I put him in the closet (um, no door handle, so it was peephole type thing and I had to sit against the door) and he started crying to let him out. I did after a while. I didn't want his parents to get all mad at me..
But uh, even if I take one of his toys he's not even playing with while he's watching a movie, he'll start saying "Heeyyy, dats myyyyy toyyy!!!" and starts crying. Yeah, he's not too big on the topic of sharing.... :/
So yeah. I'm not mean!!! D:
