Is it possible to morph a uldavian ivik into another uldavian colored creatu? So, you could get something like a uldavian wyrae or mirabilis?

Yes, but I don't know if Random Morphing Potions work or not (for the Wyrae).
I used a Kayoki Morphing Potion to get my Uldavian Kayoki.

Okay, I think RMP's work on iviks, but I'm not entirely sure, and I don' want to waste TU on another ivik.

Not sure about RMPs, but I used a Mirabilis MP on one of mine and received a Uldavian Mira. :3

I don't think RMP work, but like everyone else I'm not sure. You can, however, buy a Creatu Morphing Potion (Otachie, Mirabilis, Kayoki, etc.) then use a RMP on it to get a Wyrae, or other creatu who don't have a morphing potion.
