Res needs a little notice or news banner or something (preferably at the top of the page where everyone will see it XD) that informs us about possible site downtime or reset glitches (like what is happening today) and the like :>

It would save every person on the site panicking or asking why their hatches haven't reset etc.

Posts were made in the Support and Bugs section of the forums when I found out what was happening. I then reported it to Patrick, and it was fixed very shortly afterwards.

The problem with a banner or an update is that it won't ever happen automatically, because its due to an error that reset doesn't happen. By the time it is discovered and reported, it would be fixed (like today) ASAP. 

The only problem with that is... a lot of people seem to not realise that the forum is here and that there might be a message about this kind of thing in Support or Bugs. XD

Most will still ask on the SB, even if the update was in enormous red letters on every page xD

I think we need a punching-hand graphic with a noise effect to go with it, and then an au
dio announcement of the issue. THAT would grab attention lol.

Well, the bad part is, coding.

Some people's profiles get really, really messed up due to these alert bars popping out sometimes. o3o Or at least . Maybe . x3 

It shouldn't affect profile coding at all. There is an element in the code that many users try to remove, #alertbar, but that has nothing to do with the alerts users see. It has to do with a staff function, so only we see it.
