Remove Purple Alerts

The purple alerts that tell us about the quest givers needing "help" are, for me at least, completely ignored at best and get in my way at worst. I don't think I've ever used them for anything even when they were first started and sometimes when they pop up they shift everything just far enough down the page that I either have to scroll or that my mouse isn't aligned with where I thought it would be. This is a minor inconvenience of course but considering they provide 0 value (and even still pop up when you're out of quest uses, making them deceitful) I don't see a reason we shouldn't be able to just turn them off.

Important note: since other alerts can happen at the same time as these, it should not affect the rate of any other alerts and I am not advocating for turning off individual alerts or making other alerts more common. JUST the purple "reminder" ones. If we're concerned about new users coming in and needing to see them (again, I never did but I can see how it might be useful for some people), then perhaps the option to turn off is best and it can default to on.

While I have never found these alerts annoying, I do always ignore them.  Like other alerts, we should be able to block them if we choose.  So, support on behalf of other players who are annoyed by them! :D

I didn't even know what they were at first and got really excited seeing one. Then I realized you can just start the same quest from the quest page XD
Maybe if they were something more exciting like a link to a secret page for a minigame or an item or even secret quests! As they are now, they're a little redundant tho. So I support this in some sort of change!

Support! Fully agree w/ QueenKami, they feel redundant with how they work now. Would love if the purple alert served as a hidden quest or a high risk/high reward quest.

When I was a new user, I was actually confused by those. I thought a real user needed my help. I would like to do away with those. A way to turn them off. Or better yet, get rid of them altogether.

Again, I agree. They're just annoying, and sometimes it's from shrine people that aren't even of your planet.
