okay i've waited weeks now and i still can't take my stupid black cloak off.... this is ruining my expirence of this site =_=*

Possible solution: right-click your avatar image on your profile, and open the image in a new tab. do a hard refresh on the image using CTRL + F5, you may need to do this more than once. Then go back and do a hard refresh on your profile page. I just got rid of a "stuck" item by doing this, seems it was actually my browser's cache being stubborn. If this doesn't work, please keep in mind that the HA system is still in BETA testing, meaning there will be issues when using it. All these issues are being worked on, though. =)

The straps on the black easero wings is above the hair. c: ( Not sure if that was intended, or is just a layering issue! Also, I haven't checked on any other Easero wings. ) She's on my profile if you want to see. o3o

oh no :c i thought it was just the cloaks {artistica526 warned me about them lol} but now i can't change out of my blue flipflops, is there anyway the staff can just delete the flipflops from my account inventory? I wouldn't care really, just an idea Garnet ~Princess of Gems~

New problem I just found:
After applying the silver easero wings; my HA has vanished, except for the wing straps. So basically I've gone through there like three times putting back on the facial features, skin tone, clothing, ect. And then clicked save. But immediately after the save it returns to the aforesaid invisible HA with just the wing straps. :P Am I the only one with this problem?

I can't seem to change my hair. I was messing about once and I put on the short brown hair that I have now, but I want to change back to my usual long blonde hair. Can this be done?

My HA haven't updated yet since a few days ago when I changed it to have the Ginger Easero Wings, skinny jeans, long purple shirt, and purple flats. But it's still stuck on the old version. AND I have saved it multiple times, but it's still not showing up on my profile (yes, the module is there).

I've had this problem only with a witch hat. I gave up then I cleared my whole avatar, started from scratch, still didn't come off. I saved, then came back and was able to take it off. I've also had a problem when clicking on a shirt: eg. slate tank top and it comes up as my other shirt, indigo camisole? Even though I clicked on the tank top. o-o

Jenny, I can see the version you posted about. You are probably seeing the cached image of your previous HA. Try doing a hard refresh, or opening the image in a new tab and hard refreshing that, then your page.

Oh, thank you, 14bm. :) It shows now for me now. It's a bit weird that HA system actually uses caches. Not quite used to that, haha. But I did read that you guys are still trying to perfect it, so it might be buggy sometimes.

After buying the Spring Fling set, I went to edit my HA.
I took away the silver easero wings, and added the spring corset.
My HA's kinda gone now.

That still works, but when I go to the edit HA pages, it's just a blank white rectangle with a belt and some footprints. D:

Not that serious of an issue, but I thought I should still post it here. If I have multiple copies of an item in my inventory (say, 5 pairs of black glasses or such), and I put one of them on my HA, all of them will vanish from my inventory, like when a single item is being worn.

When I go to update my human avatar and click clear, nothing happens and my face and the rest of my human avatar dissapears. I would really like to change my clothes please. Could you please see what you could do?

My HA is invisible 90% of the time whenI go to th page. I can ocaccionaly see one piece of clothing, mainly the hat, and that is it. I've refreshed and hard refreshed, but nothing is happening.

I am having the exact same problems as Aristica526, and superpenguin96 are... The black cloak problem is taxing and after clearing my cahche and hyper refreshing the HA picture nothing happens... Oh, and a way to get by with the invisible HA is to click on the 'veiw' button, it doesn't bring the picture back but you can atleast see the avatar! :D Edit: The Black Cloak problem must be in the cloak itself, because I was able to change my HA's pants and shoes, it's only the cloak that can't be removed... Is there a way a moderator can just delete the Black cloak from my HA's wardrobe?
