I would like a list, or chart, or anything, that lists every and any user whom has friends and/or family who play Res on the same computer.

I want this because WildChildLover, my sister, recently joined Res. I'm scared that staff could mistake that as multiple accounting. I've notified one staff member, but I don't know if others know.

Yes, yes, I know staff look at account history, not if multiple accounts are using the same IP address. It's just that I make deals with my sister, and occasionally buy her pets. I'm afraid I could get banned. Just the thought of it makes me shiver, thinking of all those hours I spent trying to obtain my goals and earning tu.

I doubt this list would affect anything. It's plain and simple, if you are getting an unfair advantage with your siblings or friends IRL helping you (ie. they send you all their tu all the time, they send you rare pets/items constantly) then you will be punished for it because that is cheating. There's a difference between having a family member or friend join for their own enjoyment of the website or having them join simply to have another source of income. Using your family members' or friends' account like that gives other users a disadvantage because they may not have friends or family who join and do the same thing.. I hope that makes sense.

Of couse you won't get banned for MAing and/or cheating if your sister sends/buys from your shop every now and then or if you send your mom a rare pet to celebrate something. That's not cheating. Staff can tell the difference very plainly of cheaters and honest players.

The best thing you can do is leave a note on your profile and maybe even Rmail a staff member or submit a support ticket explaining your family members have joined. Putting yourself on a big long list isn't going to exempt you from any investigations if staff think you are abusing your family members joining the site.
