Hatch Glitch

I was using *Chrome* during 11:00 or so MST.
I wasn't able to hatch a egg to the fact that I already hatched one.
Was randomly checking and unchecking my eggs until the internet turned off. (parental controls)
The next day, it still said that I used one of my hatches.
If I was a rancher... I wouldn't care if I lost one...
but since i'm a merchant...
:/
Can someone please, please, please, PLEASE fix the glitch?

Rin there is no glitch that would cause one of your hatches to mysteriously disappear. Do you have any siblings or friends who know your account password, or might have come across it?  If there is any chance of this, then you will need to change your password immediately and keep it secret so it stays safe.
