What browser are you using? I'm pretty sure I heard that there will still some glitches going on with Internet Explorer, so trying to switching to Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. I prefer Chrome myself. :)

I just tried to change a couple of my body features, it's not showing up on the forums yet but when I go to my HA it shows up just fine. If it shows up in the human avatar creator then it's probably just that it takes time for it to show up in the forums.

Sometimes when changes aren't seen immediately, its because your browser is using a cached copy of the image that was there before. To see the changes and prevent your browser from using the cached image, do a hard refresh (CTRL + F5) and you should see the updated image. Your HA appears the same to me in forums and on your profile, so I am guessing that is what is causing your issue at the moment.

Is this the image that you see in forums? If not, try hard refreshing again, or clear your cache, because that would mean your browser is still using the old, cached image. If you are seeing this image in forums but a different one in the HA, then its probably due to the previously mentioned issues with the HA is all. =)
