The year: 1930.

The setting: Anchorage, Alaska.

The first ever Iditarod race is about to start. You've trained for a year to run this horrific race.

It's been 5 years since the half Husky Balto rescued the city of Nome from Dipthyria by carrying the vials of antibiotics from Anchorage during a terrible blizzard. In order of commemoration, Alaska opened the trail that Balto blazed across the vast state to the public as a race. A race not only of speed, stamina & agility- but a race for survival & a test of dog cooporation. One slip up from an uncooporative dog could send you & your team off the trail or worse- off an ice lined cliff.

The end of the race holds fame, glory & above all else, the pride you aquire when you pull your sled through the finish line. But that's saying you make it through the blizzard infested tundra safely.....

In this RP, two teams collide, sending the sleds out of control & plummeting off the side of a frozen cliff.  Some of the 18 dogs managed to wiggle free of their harnesses before they were drug by the weight of their cargo to their death. This is their story of survival in the wild. Will they finish the race, or will the blizzard oblivia claim their lives..?

 This is an open RP. The first person to claim the role gets it. You may have multiple characters if you wish, but try not to get too many, it gets difficult. You may be any breed of sledding dog, not only Husky. I.E Husky/wolf hybred, Malamute, Samoyed etc.

RULES.

NO god modding.

NO weird colours. Dogs don't come in blue, green or neon yellow.

NO mutations. I.E wings, horns etc. This is not a Veram RP.

If you wish to kill someone, you may. IF they consent. You will just be ignored if you 'kill someone' out of anger.

Species: Siberian Husky.

Appearance: Solid white, blue eyes lined with black.

Personality: She's very arrogant, prideful & loves to verbally argue. These arguments usually escalade & if she's pushed, she will use her sharp canines as well as he sharp tongue. To her friends however, she's a loyal dog who would give her life to anyone she loves.

(I would like to be the depressed, quiet, gray-furred gray-eyed emokid slave dog that is dragged on the trail by the lead dog. That OK?)

History &/or past:  His family was alway able to get what they wanted, they were powerful, but as they had pups the pups got everything handed to them, causing them to never truly know how to fend for themselves or fight, but to adopt an attitude, as Parker has
