In a forest known for its many animals a large pack of wolves have noticed humans slowly moving into the forest and building villages that eventually grew larger and larger, and ever since they had found out about the humans moving in wolf pups had been taught to hate the humans. They have been told that the humans are cruel, animal-killing creatures and if they spot you you would eventually be hunted and killed by them. Elders and mothers would also tell the younger wolves stories of wolves killing humans and becoming strong and powerful to hopefully encourage them to do the same. But only if they are in danger. This happend for many, many years now and both wolves and humans have been killed, causing both species' hate for each other grow. One day when a few wolves set out of camp to go and hunt at the river they found out that the humans had moved closer to the river so you could actually see them and now the wolves' territory is growing smaller, and sometimes a few humans would hunt in the wolves' territory. The wolves are not enraged by this, they would let wolves go out at night and stay near the river but hide behind bushes and trees and howl and bark, which actually decreased the number of time humans would hunt in their territory. But the wolves still want the other side of the river since it was originaly theirs before the humans came. They try to think of ways to get it back but end up with wolves getting killed. Will they succeed in getting back their territory, or will they be killed? Rules : Follow me and my co-owners, LadyTsuande and Wolfwinx. (If they join.) Dharc padded around the clearing in a small open space in the forest.He sniffed the air,and noticed immediately the scent of rabbit in the air.It's close by! he thought,sure of that.He stalked the rabbit from the direction his scent led him to,behind the bushes.His black fur camouflaged him in the shadows as he silently got closer and closer to his dinner.When he was finally close enough,he accidentally stepped on a crunchy leaf.The rabbit stood up in alarm,and in a flash,ran away.Dharc got angry,and ran after it,zig zagging along the trees,through bushes,and when he finally thought he caught it,he just grazed the rabbit's flank,causing it to run faster."Hey!You come back here!You're my dinner,and don't forget it!" he chased the rabbit,until it disappeared from view."Wha?"Darc sniffed the air in confusion and looked to the ground.A rabbit hole?!Great Wolf Spirits!I'm hungry!What do I get with this?!

Bryr manuvered quietly through the trees, her nose close to the ground as she searched for food. She was unaware of her Alpha, Dharc, being nearby that is until she heard his frustration. Lifting her head Bryr looked around until she saw him, curious she moved so she was standing next to him, "Lost your catch?" she asked. Bryr sat down about five feet from the other wolf, her dark brown eyes swam with curiousity of wether or not he was going to try again at this moment, and if she would be able to join him. Bryr wasn't much of a talker, but she loved to listen to everyones conversations when she was allowed to listen in on them and put in her input if she needed. Turning her head from Dharc and watched a bird quietly as it moved from tree to tree looking for food somewhere it thought it'd be safe from predators. |

Dharc looked over at Bryr,knowing this wolf might know how to catch something...something good."You wanna' go hunt something?"he woofed,watching her as she looked at the bird hungrily.He suddenly jumped up and got on the tree,catching the bird before it flew away and landed neatly on his paws."Here you go!"he said between his teeth,but unfortunately,crushed the bird in his strong jaws.Aw Wolf Spirits!Why can't I ever catch something and not crush it?! he thought to himself.He then accidentally swallowed the bird whole,almost choking."Gah! I'm ch-choking!"*coughs* After Dharc had finished swallowing the bird,he woofed,"That was good...my bad!"he laughed and smiled at Bryr.

((Accepted, Akari!)) Lucian padded into his pack's camp, two rabbits in his jaws. He went over to a pile of prey that the hunters had caught then set donw one of the rabbits on top, glancing at his brother, Felan, as he walked to the pile. "Finaly, something fresh to eat." Felan said, picking up the rabbit Lucian had set down on the pile. He grasped the rabbit firmly in his mouth then crouched down, getting ready to eat. "You could have caught your own prey," Lucian pointed out. "I was playing with a human child a while ago, and doing so made me tired." Felan replied then swallowed some meat from the rabbit. Lucian let out a quiet sigh. Felan has got to be the most lazy wolf he knows. Crouching down to eat as well, he set down the rabbit then began eating. Dethal pounced on the female deer then sank his teeth into its neck. He felt blood drip dow to his fur but he ignored it. The deer shoved him away, making him snarl as it tried to get away, but it was losing blood so it was slowing down. Dethal shook his fur then ran for the deer, grabbing one of its hind legs in his jaws. He pulled then forced the deer the ground. It kicked but he was able to give one strong bite to the neck to finish of the fight. Licking his lips, he let out a satsified nod. Ketavi looked aruond camp. She was sitting at her den's entrance and her muzzle was somewhat red with blood. "Did you catch something or did you have a fight with some humans?" A wolf pa$$ing by asked. "I caught a deer." Ketavi replied as the wolf nodded then padded out of camp.

Yume yawned as she padded out of the medicine den,and stretched her legs.I wonder where Dharc could be in this morning...she wondered as she padded towards Felan, "How's your day?"she paused as she caught a scent of human coming from him,"You smell like humans!" she growled as she remembered her unfaithful past and tried to shake the memory away."Nevermind...I'm goin' to go hunt."Yume padded out of the camp to meet with a buck grazing in the forest."I've got myself a prize!"she woofed quietly.She walked silently towards the unsuspecting male deer and got ready to jump.She flexed her paws and released her energy.She jumped on the buck,beinng careful of the sharp horns and hooves as she weaved around the deer,making him dizzy.She turned and made the kill."Yess!"she howled her triumph.

OOC: Thank you :D Zallion crouched low in the gr*censored*. He could sense his sister doing the same as him opposite their target; a heavy buck with a determined look. They were used to hunting together, problem was hunting alone presented difficulties. Zallion advanced slowly and cautiously, taking care not to make any noise. When he was about twelve meters away from their victim, he pounced. As he did, he could hear an exasperated hiss from Akari. "Not so soon, you idiot!" She appeared out of the bushes and quick as a flash, pursued the alarmed buck. Growling softly, Zallion followed her example, trying to bring the prey down. Akari was batting the deer's legs when she got a chance, but it didn't lose balance so quickly, as she thought it would. Swiftly, Zallion threw himself onto the creature's back, hoping it would compensate for his foolish act. He sank his teeth into its throat, killing it immediately. Akari smiled, unable to hide her pleasure. "I thought you'd never get it right." she stated, as she helped her brother drag the kill back to camp. "What do you mean?" Zallion asked, his teeth still inside the carcas.s. "You speak to me as if I'm a pup. Remember I'm older than you." "By ten seconds." scoffed Akari, which made Zallion glower down at her. ~ Lu'thien was sitting by the river, her green eyes staring into the distance. She quietly watched the humans do their work. She gave a snarl as a child threw a stone near her paw. This isn't a safe place to stay, her mind told her. And she padded back to camp as quickly as she had come. |

Bryr shook her head, "I am fine for now, but if you are still hungry I will help you hunt if you wish." She said trying not to laugh, though she ended up letting out a short innocent laugh that had stopped as quickly as it had come. "So if you're still hungry, we could check back at the dens, see if someones caught anything they'd be willing to share with you, or I'll just help you catch another rabbit or something." she continued, her voice was soft and quiet, nothing out of the norm in this for her.
