This is a roleplay thread. Have you ever roleplayed before?

Okay. Roleplaying is when two or more people each have their own characters and they use a certain plot. Each person then takes turn making a story with their character. Here's an example (my favorite roleplay.) Read some of this and see if you get it. It's so much fun <3

Mmk, I get the basic idea I think. So is each real life person one character in the story? It looks like in this one people have multiple characters..?

No. People can have multiple characters. When they change point of view of their characters, they usually seperate. Example) Taylor pushed herself farther, her tired legs pumping effortlessly underneath her. She pulled out her knife, prepared for any wandering enemies. -- Maksis followed silently behind her, his large angel-like wings ruffling as the wind rushed past him. Okay. So now for God-modding and powerplaying. Your character can't be invincible or anything. (Usually depends on story though) You cannot control another person's character either. In that story up there, Taylor and Maksis were my character's (which they always are <3). You CAN do this. (Say your charrie is...Drake) Drake pulled his own knife out, jumping in front of Taylor in an attempt to intercept her. -- CANNOT DO. Drake pulled his own knife out, jumping in front of Taylor. She stumbled into him and snarled, her eyes wild with rage. She slashed at him. That's a no-no. Get it?

Yup, makes perfect sense to me.
Sorry I may be lagging quite a bit..I can't even figure out how to get food for my pets XD The help page had good info..but definitely not enough details to get me going.

Go to shop list and then you'll find beverages and stuff. Buy that stuff. (pizzas are best) Then you go to inventory. Then quick stock at the top. Then stuff all that food in your food pen. It automatically feeds your pets every reset. What's by far, your favorite creatus, besides CS.

CS? Haha I don't have a favorite yet--I don't even know what they all look like..just the three I've already hatched. One is silver though--that's supposed to be good right?
I'm such a newbie..I'm sure the more I mess around on here the quicker I'll get it. Plus meeting nice people such as yourself definitely doesn't hurt either : )

Well, you could go to hatchery. Then creatu list and then look at all of them. Silver is the 3rd best hatch color. Then blonde. Then albino. Albino's are rarest and I am still looking to get an albino veram, but xD. Aw thank you for the nice part, but Loki says I have...violent tendancies XD. He's the other roleplayer in shipwrecked graveyardfox...um...yeah. But don't worry, we r close rping buddies, so in a way, we luff each other XD. jkjk. So yeah. Tell me when you get a favorite pet ;o. And do you have any particular interests you would like to roleplay about? Oh and there's a thing called Ooc; (out of character speech) When roleplaying, it pisses people off when you talk like this...with none of these []() Anything that covers it up.
Example
(Hey guys, I think I want my charrie to have a power) Taylor stood atop the mountain...yada yada yada.

Oh and CS is credit shop. Aerix, Haberisar, Ezahni, Kioka, Omni, Liyure, Cyid. Aerix, Kioka, omni, and Liyure's are all retired. Aerix recently retired with the new move in of the Ezahni's. Aerix are my overall fav creatu. Fav credit shop. Veram are my favorite common creatu. Iluvu are my favorite seasonals <3

Oh ok, so you're saying if during roleplay I want to say something to you I should put it in brackets or something and not just mix it in with the story? That makes sense..Well since I've never done rp before I don't really have a preference to a topic/type--I'm open for anything : D

Haha yeah XD. There's the stocks and trades and it is a bit overwhelming, but it's soo much fun when you get used to it. Anyway. I roleplay ~ Vampires, Werewolves, Lycans, Pokemon, Teens with powers, Warrior Cats (which I don't recommend just yet. If you know the books at all XD) And Dragon/dragon riders, but I'm horrible with those plots.
