The game starts at the number 100. If you like cats more, you add 1 to the number. If you like dogs more, you subtract 1 from the number. Dogs win if the number reaches 0, cats win if the numbers reaches 200. Start over when the round finishes. 

Example (when the game is ending):
Cat 1: 199
Cat 2: 200
Cat 1: 101
-OR-
Dog 1: 1
Dog 2: 0
Dog 1: 99
