Maybe this for the pony...
Zebra strip legs and head. Then the body is just a solid color.
Maybe this for the dragon...
It's head starts with black and fades to white as it goes to it's tail.

That happens to me if I want to make a poem and I had the idea. The idea goes away when I get out the paper and pencil,but at least I love to draw and I only make poems when I can't think of something to draw. I suck at poems and I'm good at art,but I just don't draw unless it is an animal like a dragon or something.

Me and my friends are always making up new dragons and drawlin' them. My friend Jordan doesn't draw very well so she will just watch us and sometimes get us to give her a few lessons. She is doing better now. I would love to see the pony and dragon when you finish and I know how long it can take so I can be very patient with that.
