Commission will be a digital cel-shaded piece with transparent background. ONE CHARACTER ONLY. If you'd like to add another character, I will charge an extra 75% of the final bid for each additional character - ie if the final bid is 10mil, then you will have to pay 7.5mil for every additional character you want added.
