for the wolle, im thinking they have some sort of flashy head feather 

things, could mine's be like.. extra long? xD not sure how theyll look like!

could the xilong have their wings removed, and instead have a mane 

going all the way from head to tip of their tail, like eastern dragon?

@omnoms I forgot to mention that the Xilong cannot be wingless.
Genetic modifications cannot make them wingless for certain reasons, sorry.
So total would be 8M instead of 10M.
