Deion: The first one is kind and caring, but lonely and a bit shy. She is very introverted and finds it difficult to interact with anyone other than her twin.
The second is foolhardy and brash, rushing into any situation headfirst regardless of risks to herself or others. She makes friends easily because of her open and excitable nature.

Human Deion: The first wears a white blouse with light pink and yellow flower patterns on it, paired with a short pale green skirt and light pink flats. She also has the same hair and accessories (though the thing around her tail is around her leg) as in her quad form.
The second wears a black t-shirt with red stripes on it similar to a tiger. Over that is a blue denim jacket paired with a long navy blue skirt and black boots. Her hair is brushed down, kind of messy, and she wears a skull mask.
