So my mom shrieked and me and my BFF grinned. We ran over and my mom yelled, "spider!" We caught it quickly. We named her Willo, not knowing her secret...

Willo is a Daring Jumping Spider.

We know this because we found a picture labled "Daring Jumping Spider" which looked just like her.

But Willo has a suprising secret...

She. Is. PREGGY!!! :D

How do we know this?

Willo has an large abdomon and is currently spinning a thick sack around the edges of her little home.

I'm all them yes!!! then I'm all like o_o

How. Exactly how. Do I:

Catch food for 4-5 babies. (I have reserched this. I know how to catch flies. But that many per day?! Seriously?!)

Does she need special care?

Like more water? More food? More space? A docter?!

She currently has a tank about this big:

And is decorated with two sticks, one large rock, bark, grass, and a small piece of sponge dripping with some water. She is fed one medium sized fly every day. She is kept in a fairly cool and dim room. I also keep an eye on her very often. When I go to Arizona, I'm bringing her.

Is this all enough? Does she need more?

Am I doing something wrong?

Sorry, I just want her birth to go right x3

If your a spider knower (lol, or expert. Whateves) I want to know if I'm doing this right.

One more question.

Do I take the babies away when they are born?

Or what?

HELP ME!!! DX

Sona~

At petco, they have small, flightless fruit flies that they sell in a culture. No extra feeding necessary for the flies themselves. The culture lasts several weeks, and the flies breed and such.

Well, for water.
I think it's best if you dechlorinate the water. The chlorine/chloramites might damage her system.

I'm not 100% sure about everything, but I hope for the best for Willo.

I didn't get it from a pool...xD

Do you mean get it out of the sponge?

Or what?

for water clorine may harm her (chlorine is in tap water). To get rid of any chemicals in the water for her leave the water out for 25 hours then it should be safe for your spidey C:

I might capture a jumping spider for a pet as you have because I want a pet tarantula, but my mom wont let me, and a sweet little jumping spider is the next best thing!
