Dying wajas is fun. I'll be adding the second dye to my silver and gold token banes soon. Got my first earth pup from my diamond earth/bane pair. He is marvelous.

Awesome! Can you explain to me the difference between all the okapi and cheetah and that stuff in the dying options? It wasn't particularly noticeable with the certain dye I used.

Cheetah is spots in a certain pattern that resembles a real cheetah, including the lines under the eyes. Okapi has leg stripes and markings on the cheeks. Play with the custom demo to see what markings look like using just a plain waja and black markings. You can see them all. Dyes are marked with a star.

Okay, I think I did see some of those. I think I added...raging wind or something. Paix already had quite a few. Also, is the giraffe dye a pattern in itself? That's the one I bought (kind of random, but also just the cheapest that sounded interesting.) It's like if it's supposed to make a pattern, you choose a pattern for it to go on, but if it's a color, you can still change it to any color you want. Sorry if that made no sense, but...I'm confused. ::smiles shyly::

Yep, its a girraffe pattern, like on a real girraffe. ::chuckle:: You can choose colors for all the dyes and markings unless you use a marking or mutation pear. Those are completely random in color and which you'll get. Lots of people have ruined their "good' wajas with those pears.

Lol, I'm guessing that can get annoying. And okey doke. I need to look for a dye to save for for one of my new pups without marking. And I also need more male pups to be born. :P Oh, quick question. What female can I breed with Dico ( a tempest and my only male) and get something other than a tempest, if any?

I'm not sure, but tempests are pretty dominant. Look through my cave and see if you find a male from one of the others you'd like to breed with. Some I won't breed, but take a look and give me the number. I'll check and put him up for a 1 wc breeding if he's "available" to do so. Don't pick any of the gen 1s tho. ::chuckles::

I won't (erm, pick a gen 1 that is), I just want to try something other than tempests (although they are my favorite). Is there a limit to the number of breedings you can have going at once?
