The three eyed one is a manga series by Osamu Tezuka. In this manga series there is a named Sharku. To learn about his roots, Sharaku must investigate the mysterious ruins which a long lost civilization bequeathed to him. In his worldwide search which take him and Chiyoko to locations like Arizona, the Easter Island and Mexico, Sharaku deciphers their ancient sc
ript and uses gadgets he invented.

Sharaku is frequently bullied for his childishness and the story is also about how he fights back when the x shaped band-aid that covers his third eye is removed. Sharaku's rivalry with a teacher or a student occasionally develop into major incidents. Which basicly means  that once the x shaped bandage is removed he once again able to use his powers for evil if he wants to and he dose.
