So, do we buy stocks when they're minus, and sell them when they're plus?

Yes, that's the idea. Because it won't make sense if you buy when they're high and sell when they're low. That'll be reverse productivity. You'll lose money that way.

Ignore the point trend (numbers with plus or minus in front of them). ;D

What you are most interested in is the share value.

Buy stocks when the share value is low (say less than 50) and sell when the share value is high (over 300).

A good thing to keep in mind, though, is that the cheap stocks aren't always the good ones.

Take MUS, for instance. It may fit with the being low thing, but it's pretty much always low. That makes it a terrible one to buy. You can't earn a profit if your stocks don't rise.

I'd recommend getting a stocks-savvy buddy to kind of advise you on when to buy and when to sell which stocks, or you could simply ask around on the Shoutbox. It helps a lot. Then eventually you'll learn which stocks are best and be able to do it on your own.
