This is easy.
Take Reshiram out of your box into your party
and go to the PC in Kiloude City.
Near the dressing room, there's an ace trainer.
When you talk to him he says he wants
to measure your poke's potential.
He says the stat first and then the IV.
Example:
"..you won't get anywhere with that low of a __ stat."
That means in that particular stat, its 0.
If he says something along the lines of fantastic and outstanding,
Then your Pokemon has 31 of that stat,
Meaning 1 IV.
