I didn't have plans this weekend, but I do now.
Zozo is on a mission to save a kitten.
The people who 'own' the kitten abuse it, and it shouldn't be away from its mother.
But it gets worse.

The kitten's back leg is broken. The people flung it into the air and kicked it. They keep the poor thing outside, and don't feed it.

I'm scared if we call the Pound they'll come and kill it; I'm determined to keep this kitten alive. But the problem is, is how?

I know how I'll get the kitten, we're going to sneak into their backgard and take it. Yes, it seems wrong, but then again, what there doing to the kitten is wrong.

But what do we do when we have it? All I know is to feed it Whole milk, and if it can, feed it wet food. And have it on a heating pad, or something else thats warm.

Its name is Raven. It is Black. <33 After we nurse it back to health, we'll have it fixed and have its shots. I already know who will take it.

What else should we do? D;

Kidnapping the kitten would just land you in a helluva lot of trouble. The best you can do is call the Pound and make it clear that if the kitten can survive, then you're to adopt it. The Pound'll then tell you how to take care of it.

You also have to remember that if it's going to be crippled and suffer for the rest of its life... sometimes the humain thing is to put it down.

Zozo knows that Loki, but Zozo can't do that. -sadfais- As soon as we have the kitten in our care, the plan was to call the Pound or SPCA to find out what they can do with the leg. Zozo doesn't think she can deal with herself if she does nothing and just calls the pound peoples. And screw the animal abusers, I'd happily set there house on fire~ But I wouldn't do that. o.o I already know alot about to handle a stray kitten, since I've done it before. but I don't know what to do if the leg is injured. D;

It depends on how old the kitten is.  If it's not weaned, then Petco and Petsmart sell formulas for kittens, but yeah, you can give it whole milk, too.  And when you get the leg fixed, ask if they can give shots such as rabies and possibly a dewormer, since it's lived outside.  If it's starved, don't try to feed it too much or that'll upset it's tummy, and if it's not weaned and you have to bottle feed it, you have to burp it like you would a baby.  Kitten burps are so cute.  :3

If the leg is broken, you'll want to get it to the SPCA as soon as you can, or the leg could heal badly and he/she will have walking problems when it's older.  They'll probably splint it, and give you more information.

Since it's been abused, it'll probably be really skittish, and it'll take a lot of love to get it to calm down.  Don't chase it if it runs for you, instead try offering a treat, then put it in your lap and pet it until it falls asleep.  It should trust you much more then, or after a few tries.  I have a black cat who was abused as a kitten, too, and he's just fine now, since I was doing that for a while after I got him.

Good luck with the kitty, and if you have any questions, you can rmail me, my mom works at a Petco and fosters kittens all the time so she knows how to take care of them.  :3

Thank you, Aragarthiel~! I know an emergency formula for kittens if you don't have the right stuffs. But the problem is, is that there are no SPCA's near her house, we'll have to drive all the way into town to get to one. </3 And the price for gas these days is...fail. o.o What happens if we can't take it to an SPCA? Will a Pound work? But like I said, I don't trust Pound peoples, they killed my dog. </3

I'm no cat expert but I'm sure too much cow milk make them poorly. Gives them squitty number twos. Sorry about that visualisation.
I guess there's nothing much I can contribute, other than be careful and think everything through. Not saying you wouldn't, but I want to be of more use than to warn you of watery cat faeces.
Best of luck, I hope all the right choices are made.

Well, pound peoples usually adopt creatures out, they don't usually give medical treatment.  Try a Petsmart, they usually have a Banfield animal hospital.  Petco doesn't have those, but try Petsmart.

Trust the pound people Zo. Kidnapping a kitten isn't the solution you want. Have you tried going up to the animal abusers faces and yelling at them to knock it off and threaten to call the pound people if they don't? It may get them to stop. Probably not, since people who abuse kittens are the ignorant idiots who think they're sooo 'bad' because they dropped outta highschool when they were a kid or whatever and abuse those who can't protect themselves. -_- In otherwords, Stubborn, Stupid, Hateful, And/or Self pitying to the point where they don't listen to what others say or do, and try to come up with an excuse for everything. >_>

I rambled again. xD

That's sucks about your dog though. :c  Butseriouslynokittynappingforzozo. kitty napping could land you in jail. O: And then they'd have the cat back, and then they'd abuse it again.... So that'd be in vain. :U

They have another cat, Precious, but they don't feed it and it roams around. And yes, the plan was to kitty-nap the kitten. And I still will, if I can, Ash. Nothing can talk me out of it. I can't have another kitty-casualty. But Grandma is being ornery. >.>

Thanks everyone. <33

Is Precious the mommy?  If she is, it's a good idea to try to catch her, too.  The baby will be stressed if its mommy isn't there.

Either way, that kitten's going to need a lot of love.   T's been abused and hurt, and it's still young.

Exactly, but ut seems that my Grandma is being a *Bleep* and claims she doesn't have my friend's number. And she's all about not randomly stopping at someone's house. >.> I don't know if I can contact her. I might not be able to see the kitten today/tomorrow. I'm hoping it'll hold out for this weekend so I can tell my friend what to do.

Zozo, my cat recently ran away and like my past cat Storm, is probably going to die. And just like Storm's sister Feather, Feather will be looking everywhere for Aslan (the cat that ran away). T.T Not a good start to a birthday. Plus today, my bunny is going to get put down. T0T Don't give up on the kitty and good-luck. There are so many stray cats in my neighborhood, most have been abandoned or neglected. Save the kitty Zozo <3 It breaks my heart when I work at our Animal Shelter for community service. One bit my sister and got put down right away....

Please save the kitty. Even if that pound is a no kill pound it will eventually be sent to a kill pound. <3 I don't trust Pound people. Again, good luck! Love that you have the braveness to do that. <3

I thought of something.  Did you try going up to them and asking if you could adopt the kitten?  they might give it to you.  If they say no, then go ahead and take it.

How old is the kitten? My mom killed a cat once by accident and took in it's kitten. It had to be fed every hour. You can call the ASPCA and they'll take away the kitten too and they'll try to send them to jail for animal abuse. as for the leg, when they get the kitten they'll take it and help it with feeding and heal it's leg. (Have to stop watching animal cops.XD)

Dude. Zo, you should do what Aragarthiel said. -pointsup- that is unless they look like scary, motor-cycle gang meth heads, then take the kitty and run. And don't bring it outside, they might see it and demand for you to bring it back.

God, I wish I could kidnap that cat wtih you XP

Its been a while but im back~ If youre an old RP buddy hit me up Id love to reconnect.

If you ask for it and they say no, it might look a little funny if the kitten turns up missing soon after. :U

Just consider what you're doing carefully. There's always more than one answer to a problem, even if it doesn't appear that way.
