i started secondary school(the english version of high school) about a week ago, and this girl was acting really nice to me, and on one occasion, she said i was "beautiful", so before getting to know her, i asked a friend of hers if she actually liked me, but she said no, that the girl was just having me on. i don`t know whether or not to beleive the friend, because, athough it does happen, the girl really did seem to like me, and i quite liked her back, an i can`t beleive that someone would do that. can anyone help me? i really don`t know wether i can trust the girls friend or not, and i`m wondering whether or not i should just ask the girl myself.
