Hey, welcome to Res!  To get a pet, you can buy one from Rancher Shops by using the Advanced Creatu Search (to get there click search pets on the navigation bar) or hatch one.  To hatch a pet, you first must have an egg.  You can buy an egg from merchant shops by typing in an egg type in the search above or find one yourself which is quite easy.  Click 'explore' on the navigation bar and go to any world where you should be able to find an egg in a few refreshes.  Once you have an egg, go to the Hatchery also located on the navigation bar and incubate it.  Once it's incubated to 100% (it'll say READY), you can hatch.  You can also try hatching before it's ready, but you're likely to have a failed hatch and you will use one of your hatches for the day.  To get Tu, you can play games by clicking on the side and by investing in the stock market (click the line graph icon at the top).  Good luck!  If you need any more help, feel free to ask. :)
