I can't dress my avatar!

I bought a bit of clothing for my avatar and I have my active pet, Brokenstarr, active and I went to customization and it says I don't have any clothes. What do I do?

Some cloths Aren't Wearable. I usually buy randomly and hope they work ;)

I have the same problem. All my clothes say they're wearable, but never work. :/ I don't get it.
