I started playing casually again about 6 months ago, after a bit of a break. I've noticed that, since returning, the stocks have been stagnant. My existing stocks are all "reliable stocks" (FAS BOO, TOY, etc) but they've barely moved the entire time I've been back. I'm getting pretty worried, as a casual player this is how I made my money.

I'm wondering if the economy/stock markets were significantly changed during my hiatus? I know a lot of stocks were recently deleted but have there been any other changes?

I'm not gonna lie, I just don't know how I'll make any money without them. That coupled with the huge price hike for showroom upgrades... I'm just burning through my savings right now.

Any insight would be appreciated!

I've found that, instead of stocks, some of the quests (ex. the squishy quest) can be good for making tu - i think some people make around 20m per day doing that - but it's a lot of grinding, and you'll have to invest a bit in having a bunch of squishies before you start seeing a lot of profit.

I think they might be clearing names from old/inactive accounts soon, so if you're able to snag a good one you could probably sell it for a couple hundred mil. The value of tu has also inflated a lot haha
