User account question

I'm confused about the rules on user accounts here. I've been here for I don't even know how long now, starting back when I'd just found out that the internet actually existed xD Petsites were extremely popular including bella sara and I believe moshi monsters(I'm really not trying to advertise here)? ANYWAYS! i joined here a while ago, I've collected things sold them and did quite well on the site for being young, starting the site when I was 10 or 9 because it had cute pets and I liked the colors lol

Getting to the point, I was wondering if it was possible to delete or ditch an account entirely and start fresh as in create a new account that I'd be using from now on. Since this username/ account brings back bad memories as well. Is that possible? Or is it against the rules in case someone transfers stuff from one account to the other?

Also as an added note for any staff reading this, I have not yet created that new account yet in case you say it is against the rules. I'd rather not be banned for creating a new account that could be a threat to this one

Unfortunately, we can't allow you to make a new account 8c We haven't allowed anyone to do it in the past either, due to it being against the rule of having more than one account ;v;

If you want to change your username though, the only way to do it is through a Forged Birth Certificate ;v; It's a bit expensive ;o; 250CP/200mil aprox/$25USD
