Are there any species limitations to the Random Morphing Potions? From what I've seen, it has access to all year-round pets, all seasonal pets, and Wyrae, and I assume there's no chance of the retired CS pets.
My big question: does the Random Morphing Potion have any access to the Uldavian pets? I imagine it doesn't, but I just want to check to make sure.
