I am looking to talk to a Res person or tech person! I am having some problems with the gatcha to buy items in the shop. I have no problem with the select image one but when it’s the fading away one it hasn’t been working today. It keeps fading away or it tells me repeatedly that it is invalid items to choose from. It’s very frustrating when trying to participate with the event! Wonder if there anyone that can help!
I would suggest opening a support ticket, that way someone from the Support Team can offer suggestions and advice, in case they don't see your post here :)
