I have one problem, I saw that ice tunnels are opened and I tried evrying, even used all pets I have but if I try to click explore button to go in tunnels I keep getting this : Oops! You could have sworn there used to be caves here, now there's just a wall of ice?!
Does anyone know how how ice tunnels works, I played rescreatu few years ago but never the Christmas event... So I would be happy for any kind of tips and information.
I'm pretty sure the only rules for the Ice Caverns are that the creatu has to be able to receive the Frost Light effect and they have to be a fully adult creatu.
Right now I'm having the same problem, so I think maybe staff has unlocked the cavern itself but we can't actually explore it yet. You're not alone, though!
I've tried all kind of different ways for ice tunnels... From buying creatu with frost light effect, any type of adult creatu and so on and nothing worked... So I'm gone give up on that event 🤣
