How to send pet to explore?

Yeah I know it's in the FAQ but I'm not seeing an option to explore in the pet's drop-down menu? I don't know if I'm in the wrong place or missing something or what but.

I can't figure out how to shrink the image on mobile I'm so sorry it's huge...

The pet needs to be a 30 days adult.
