FIRST - Go to your profile.
SECOND - Click 'Pluck Feathers"
And that's all it takes to harvest your Easero!
Here's some answers to some of your questions:
You can pluck any age Easero.
You can pluck any color of Easero.
You can pluck your Easero every day.

If you pluck a colored Easero, you will get that color of feathers from said Easero.
Example:
You pluck your black Easero, you'll get black Easero feathers.

As far as I'm aware, the feathers are not part of any collection right now.
Feather plucking will be turned off on April 17, 2016 at 11:59 PM.
