how do you keep people over 13 out? And the whole point of the chat box is instant answers. This is just a place where users can talk, but yet they still have to wait like 24 hours to get  responses.

oh well i don't really care, and i know i cant keep over 13's out i just thought maybe people could pop in to the forum to see whats going on. because under 13's cant advertise on the chat box like me... =S
