Wow, seriously, look at the FAQ Broken posted. It answers your question, which is why a staff member posted it in the first place.

If you must know here, I'll quote it directly from the FAQ for your convenience.

"Battle System / Training:

The battle system is currently down. It will be operational in about a month, give or take a few weeks.
Training is not currently working. It is not clear if this is a glitch or if it will be released at the same time as Battle."

Most likely, there will be an Update when the Training is fixed. I'd also assume this for any other page that says it's being recoded and any other major glitch such as that.
