I was surfing today and came across this site again. I joined this game almost 3 years ago for about a week and then didn't come back. Now I've decided to see just what's been going on and I have no clue. Is there any help file I can go to?

Nope, the help link seems to be broken/gone, but there are lots of guides and *censored*istance available in the support section of the forum.
