look on the main page under new items.Three new items are Stoor Treats,Iko Treats and Pira Treats.New creatu perhaps.

No, they're not hinting at new creatu there. They're just food versions of the fruits you can get in the Kir shop.
Power Pira, Speed Stoor, Defense Dhani, and Intellect Iko.

Those are items that were given out randomly during the Apple Drive by Phaeda without Kir's knowledge. You had a random chance of getting one of four items every time you handed in apples: Stoor Treats, Iko Treats, Pira Treats, and Dhani Treats.
They're based off the Uldavian Fruit of the same name, which can be gotten in Kir's Prize shop.
