I dont know how people have two shops, a rancher and a merchant. How can you do this, I thought that you could only be a rancher or a merchant not both.
Can someone please explain?

It's because it's possible to switch Classes, either by using one of your four free changes, or by buying a token from the Credit Shop or another user to change your class. When you switch, your previous shop still stays open so people can buy from it, but you can't access the Till/Til (forget how it's spelled, it's where the money you get for selling things in your shop goes) unless you switch back. So a person who has two shops started out as one Class, switched, then opened another shop for their new Class.
