The Enchanted Springs will never change your Creatu Natural, Trance, or G&S. Retired CS pets won't be affected at all, and Normal CS would only change to DK colours. At the moment I'm not entirely sure if colour change on Normal CS works.
The Enchanted Springs will change the colour of any common or seasonal pet, dye colour or hatch colour. The exceptions for dye colours is trance.
However, Uldavian [RSTU001 and Iviks] and CS pets [Retired and non-retired] will not be colour-changed by the springs, whether it is a hatch or dye colour.
I actually wasn't entirely wrong. I said I didn't know if non-retired CS were still changed. At one time they were, and I see no reason why they shouldn't be, but I had been told that they stopped getting dyed. I did forget to mention Uldavi pets though.
