I really want a pet named Pyrat (that's my cat's name), but it's taken.  I don't know how to find that pet's owner so I can ask to purchase it.  Is there a way to find out where it is?

Incidentally, if anyone can get me a silver otachie named Pyrat, I will pay handsomely for it.  :)
