Alright I kinda looked everywhere, so where do you get hair for the avatars?

For me selecting hair appears as the last option when on the body features page. Short of a couple of wigs that are floating around, I'm pretty sure all hair can be accessed from that.

It could be a glitch. You may want to report it on the bugs forum. There have been quite a few issues with the HAs since v3 came out, although I haven't heard of this one before.

Have you tried clearing your cache and hitting the *Repair button? That's how I got mine to work in the end.
