Detection of multiple accounts isn't based on IP address, so family members and friends can share computers as long as they don't share accounts. Staff identify multiple accounts based on transfer logs, ex. trafficking items, pets, eggs, tu, etc. to a single account. Or other obvious things such as becky1 and becky2 sharing the same birthdate and email.
