I can only think of either selling them in Item Auctions. Or setting them up in Item Trades and hope that they'll catch someone's eye. Or set up an egg selling thread in Sales & Trades forum.

You can also advertise to sell the eggs, then have the buyer send you the Tu and then you send them the Egg either through Quick Stock or the Hatchery.

We definitely can't add them to our User Shops, so chances are, they don't want us selling eggs at all. Unless, they are rare CS/Seasonal eggs.
