Wow, I didn't notice that one. xD

Maybe the staff is trying to draw attention to it so people want those species more. They're all "Man, everyone's about Kioka and Liyures and stuff booo. "

You got them by scanning every available colour of a particular Creatu, including Trance. I don't believe you'll ever get the chance to get these Avatars again, though, since the scanning event is over.
