CS stands for Credit Shop. Most of the time I see it referring to pets. In this case, they are referring to pets that hatch from eggs you can buy in the credit shop. The credit shop is a shop where you pay real money for credits, which you can spend on things, This is why the CS pets are so expensive/rare.
