At one point the Atqueen Forest became totally empty because more people were taking pets out than they were putting in. Patrick shut down the forest to give it time to be filled up with pets again. Hopefully it'll be open soon but it wasn't shut down without reason.
But of course there is also that rumor that Pat closed off the forest so he can burn it... >w>;
