Kya laughed, saying, "Fine. For you love. Now... What direction do we walk in to reach your den?" she asked, pronouncing 'direction' dye-rec-shun. She ran a hand down his arm, ending it with a hold on his hand.

Keanu stubbornly looked at Darius and said, "No. There is nothing wrong with this. It would be wrong if I sat in your lap. And I look old enough to not have you sued or tried for sexual as.sult, so relax. Now tell me, what's wrong? We aren't leaving until I've heard it. All." He showed the quality that many said made him a great friend, but an annoying boyfriend.

"To the left!" Nathan exclaimed, taking a sharp turn. "...Take it back now, y'all." He laughed, shaking his head and then muttered something about music. He tilted his head, taking another turn around a curb.

I wonder how Nath's doing... he thought, frowning.

Darius frowned. "Now, that's not fair. You said we wouldn't leave unless I told you every or I felt better. I said I felt better, didn't I?" He threw his head back and laughed, falling back. He began to mutter what seemed to be a creepy song in a different language, his eyes shining.

"Keanu, do you really want to know what's wrong?" Darius asked softly and suddenly.

Kya laughed, following him, then jerking as he turned. At the last curb she tripped, falling into his back. "Sorry!" she giggled, taking her balance back. Then she started singing in a musical voice,

She laughed at the end, saying, "I love that song!" She hugged Nathan happily.

Keanu let his head roll to his shoulder so he was looking at Darius, his black hair covering most of his face. "Hun, would I be here if I didn't? Ask Kya. You got an issue, I'll be your tissue." Then bit his lip in thought, saying, "On second thought, keep your snot, I'll just listen."

Nathan squeaked when Kya fell into him, and he regained his balance shortly after. "I love it more. Sang it for two weeks straight, all day, all the time. I literally drove Nath up a wall." He laughed. "I found him hiding in the wall-stairway that leads to the house's whatever-you-call-it," He snapped his fingers. "attic. He had his ipod's volume turned up all the way and was listening to Chelsea Smile."

Darius laughed. "I don't do tissues. So dramatic." He cocked his head sharply. "But tissues are cute. They're like really loose handkerchiefs. And then Ryo's always got some stuffed in his pocket, which is also really cute." He sighed.

"Fine. I'll tell you what you want to know." Darius took an exaggerated deep breath. "...But I'm not sure where to start. Ask a question and I'll answer it. It will be easier for me that way."

Kya laughed, then covered her mouth with her hands to stop herself, asking, "Lol. Did you just squeak? How cute!" Then laughed at his story, saying, "Keke and I aren't like that. We love all the same stuff. Seriously. If we can fit into the other's clothes, we'll steal 'em for a while. I got my hottest skinny jeans from him!"

Keanu stared at him blanklessly, saying, "Well! That's gonna be kinda hard! Was it a girl?" Most basic question to what might be making a guy upset, besides gettin' hit in th- somewhere.

"Keke? Keanu?" Nathan blinked, then laughed. "I steal Nath's clothes, too. Only because he grows faster than me and gets more and better clothes than I." He chuckled quietly. "See this shirt?" He plucked the bottom of it, smiling. "Got it from him."

"Yes," Darius breathed, closing his eyes for a moment. "Now, ask another question. One not-so-obvious question, please." He chuckled darkly, then opened his eyes again. "...And please, get off of me. I just saw someone point and make a disgusted face."

Kya nodded, then said, "Good. You look hot in it!" She put one leg out, showing off skin-tight white skinny jeans, saying, "These were Keke's." Then she turned, showing a black hand print on the butt of the pants, adding, "Until a guy smacked my butt in art with black paint on his hand." She turned back around, continuing, "Keke said he didn't want a guy's handprint on his a.ss. So he gave them to me. Now I keep all my pants to myself by having that same guy adding a cool color to the butt of them. I have black with a white hand, orange with a blue hand, and purple with a red hand. I just got a green pair, but he's been out sick." 

Keanu chuckled, then removed his legs, warning, "You try and run and you will get sat on! No matter how many stares and glares we get!" He looked up at the person, sticking his tongue out and flipping them off. "Yo!" he yelled, showing what a butt he could be, "Stop watching and go get some!" He stretched his legs in front of him, showing off the green pair of skinny jeans Kya had just bought, without a hand print on the butt of them. At least I hope not! he thought suddenly, jumping up and looking at his butt. With a sigh and a smile, he sunk to the ground once more. Probably last time I get to wear them too! he pouted, thinking of a question. "Did you love her? Did she love you? Where is she? Is she living? Did she die? If so, how? What was she like? Will you answer all of these questions?" he took a deep breath, smiling cheekily.

Nathan blinked. "...Really creepy..." he said, mouthing both words carefully. "I'd turn around and kick whoever it was who got paint on my jeans." He huffed. "Freakin' drop their *censored*, yo."

Darius stared at Keanu for a moment. "I loved her, she loved me. I think she's still back in my hometown. No, she's not dead." He paused. "At least I hope not." He laughed. "She was really sweet and really cute, and she basically ripped the life out of me when she broke up with me. And then, yes, I will and already have answered all of your questions."

Kya laughed, saying, "I turned around and slapped him, swearing at him and stuff. He pulled that cool guy crap, muttering 'Hey honey. How's it going.' Finally he got mad and said, 'Maybe I thought it'd make your pants cuter!' I turned and loved the hand print. So yeah." She nudged him, saying, "Want your hand print on my newest pair?"

Keanu stared back at Darius and then said, "Does it pain you to talk about her?" He felt strange, talking about this. Then he looked at the ground, wondering when someone would do that to him. He realized that that was exactly what was starting to happen with him and Darius. Gawd! I've got to find someone quick after he leaves! he thought. He laughed, remembering a saying his sister always told him. I don't have Crushes Keanu. Why not? How do you pick a guy to date then? They always ask me! I reply on what I know about them. And I don't because there's a reason they're called crushes. One way or another you get crushed in the end. How can you say that? Ain't you ever heard of love at first sight? Because, my first crush died. My second one dated my best friend. My third one moved right after I asked him out. Been crushed three times. Don't plan on making it more than that! Keanu sighed, remembering the pain and hurt in Kya's eyes when she said that. He hoped she was going slow with Nathan. Have I warned him what would happen if she came home crying because of him? he wondered, his fists clenching and his jaw tightening at the thought.

Nathan made a face. "Not really. It's kinda weird..." He blinked. "Would you like to wear my jacket instead? In middle school, a lot of people did it. The girl would take the guy's jacket to wear, or maybe they'd switch shoes." He chuckled, smiling. "I remember Nathan staring at a couple. Switched shoes and the girl wearing the boy's sweater. I nudged him, trying to get him to come back to Earth, and he smacked me."

"It does," Darius said softly, looking down at the ground. "a lot." He sighed, shaking his head. "I never really got over her. Instead I flipped and went half-insane, and then yeah." He shrugged, then gave Keanu a serious look. "I don't have crushes. It might seem like I like someone, but I don't." He leaned over and caught Keanu's chin in his hand. "But I like you." he murmured, watching Keanu through his eyelashes.

Kya laughed, saying, "I'm good with that. Switch shoes, eh? So you were the twins I saw slapping each other. My friend and I were cracking up. We had been bored. We were seeing if our shoes fit. We had to switch like an hour later. Mine were to small for him. But I kept his jacket for, like, a week."

Keanu smiled, gently blowing into Darius' face. "I like you too." Then smirked, thinking If he thought people stared before, we'll be surrounded in this position.

Nathan tilted his head. "I'm pretty sure it wasn't you, Kya." he said, a slight frown on his lips. "Mostly because the girl's name was Jennifer." He laughed, then shook his head. "But I did see someone who looked like you in middle school. Nath did smack me for staring, and I smacked him. I was really irritable that day."

Darius pressed his lips against Keanu's, smiling. He'd kissed his fair share of males in public, so it didn't really bother him now. It did slightly, since he actually felt something when he kissed Keanu. But being in front of the huge crowd that was the Circus's and kissing multiple girls and boys, he'd become used to people's stares.

( Lesson of the day: That's called shounen-ai up there. x3 Yaoi is different, and a little weird. e.o

Kya smirked, saying, "Never said we were the ones you saw. Only that we saw you! We were behind you, so I couldn't see your faces." She hugged close to him, saying, "We almost there? Didn't feel this far away in the car!"

Keanu smirked through the kiss, leaning into the kiss. He wondered if that freak was still watching them This is how you get some idiot  he thought

"We're almost there, don't worry." Nathan laughed, placing a hand on Kya's head. "And me and Nath fight little slap-fights like that. But I've kicked him in the you-know-whats before for being a turd." He laughed again, louder this time.

Darius leaned back, frowning. "Stupid weirdo. Let's leave. I hate it when people watch serious kisses. It's freaky, and you know that they're wishing they were you." He huffed. What will I do when I leave? I can't stay in this town forever. But I wish I could. He ran his fingers through Keanu's hair, frowning sadly. It's just another one of those things and yank on my heartstrings and threaten to rip my heart out again.
