Micah walked up to the wall. His books in his backpack, his wand in his pocket and his straw hat straightened, he was ready to go. Was the letter a fake? Was he really being accepted to Hogwarts? Or was it a prank from his dumb brother? Slowly, he walked into the wall. He did not smash into it. In fact, he went through it to the train. He was being accepted to Hogwarts.

| Evan was so happy he had been put in Gryffindor, he loved his dorm, his common room, he loved the entire school! Every little detail of the school from the pictures on the walls he even enjoyed Peeves the poltergeist even though he played tricks on EVERYONE. Evan was sitting on a chair in front of the fire in the common room drinking a glass of pumpkin juice and sucking on a sugar quill a 7th year had given him. Evan had had a full day of classes Potions with Proffesor Snape Herbology with proffesor sprout and much more he had had a busy day. |

The train was real big. He saw a girl with brown hair sitting. He saw a empty seat near her. He raised his hat, smiled and said, "Um, may I join you?" In his most polite voice. The girl looked of his age. She had brown eyes that seemed to make you do anything she wants. Her cheeks were rosy and her cheekbones stood out. |

Calligenia Black had been a terror to behold upon boarding the train. She had been one of the first to board, and had found an ideal compartment - close to the front, in case she wanted to complain and also first to get the sweets lady before she ran out. She had settled in quite comfortably, and had acted the menace when anyone had asked to join her compartment, saying that the compartment was for herself, and for herself only. She wasn't starved for company and had no desire to be forced into the presence of lessers anyway, and was therefore content to stay alone.
When the door slid open for what seemed like the hundredth time in the first hour of the ride, she was quite literally blowing steam out of her ears. A boy with black hair had opened the compartment door, peered inside and had asked to join her, and she was furious that word hadn't already reached the entire train that this compartment was not to be approached. She had been excited to go to Hogwarts, but had she known that every single other student would be stupid and incompetent, she might have opted to stay home.
Standing up elegantly, with her eyes narrowed and lips pursed dangerously, she almost growled, but thought it rather vulgar to do so, and so declined. "No! This compartment is not open to anyone!" She took her wand out confidently, having been taught many spells to hurt and maim already, and said in an even sharper voice, "I hope you're smart enough to spread the word to the rest of the train. I am utterly sick of people barging in here, as if they're worth being in my presence, and I will gladly teach you, and all of them, a lesson!" She sat back down, arms crossed and glared at him. "Get going!"

Micah was suprised by this hurtful response. He was so scared he almost pulled out his wand. He ran away with tears in his eyes. Why was the world so cruel? The dark side of him started to take over. This couldn't happen! He would hurt the girl and everyone on the train. "N-Noooo!" He engfuled by darkness. The darkness faded and he was there. Only, he wasn't. His straw hat covered his face. The Dark had tooken over. He was trapped inside him mind screaming. "Expulso!" The purple blasts did nothing.

While Evan was in bed he thought back over the train ride it all happened so fast his brain didnt have time to register all of it...... He thought about the strange slytherin boy with the straw hat named Micah, and Calligenia Black who didn't want anyone in her compartment, and Evan thought mostly about himself, his old friends, his old school, even though hel loved Hogwarts he missed his old friends. Evan sighed and fell asleep.

Calligenia watched as the boy seemed to have some kind of seizure, or mind attack. She was unconcerned. It had happened enough in her household - what with her crazy but wonderful Aunt Bellatrix, and all her victims - for her to not get frightened, confused or panicked.
The boy suddenly shouted, and she wondered if perhaps he was being possessed. It was with more curiosity than horror or anything else; she had always been fascinated by mind magic - the ability to control someone with the Imperius, or to reveal their darkest memories with Legilimency...
"Well, if it helps, I'm rich. My family is famous."
Her eyes sharpened, but she gave no outward indication that this piqued her interest. She would not take his word for it until she had proven it; she was determined to get into Slytherin, and Slytherins didn't take things at face value. There was always research involved.
"And does it look like I care?" she replied coolly. "I told you to get out, and I meant it. I'm rich, and my family is famous, too." She gave a nasty smile. "Famous for some rather callous things, and I won't hesitate to show you if you continue to irritate me."

The darkness had left him on a bad side. "Hmph, I wouldn't care if you did." "I know magic as well." "Though I woudn't use it on a lady." "If I may ask, What is your name?" " I don't want to make an enemy of you." "I'd rather be a friend." Micah's nice nature came back. He knew she needed a friend. "But I'll do as you say." "After you tell me your name." "THE HOGWARTS EXPRESS HAS ARRIVED AT HOGWARTS!" a voice boomed. "LEAVE AT NEAREST EXIT."
